I've heard good things about this company and decided to give them a try, had a few issues with their unit but their techs came out and honored HP warranty replacing defective parts installed from factory on the plotter!

These guys are great to work with. Lisa is a pleasure. She literally calls me every few weeks to check on my supplies I would forget otherwise and have to scramble to get supply's. So THANK YOU SO MUCH LISA. You have saved me more than I can count.
