Insurance Fraud ALERT!!! This doctor tried to charge all kinds of stuff on my insurance. I notice a lot of his patients are older, so they might look at their bills like I do, but I caught the front desk office adding some shady charges to my insurance stuff. I am reporting them to be investigated. The office was old, smelly, and floor was stained. The place was falling apart.
Dr. Lipson gave me a free sample (of something ridiculously flimsy that didn't work), told me I didn't need it, I said that I didn't want it, he insisted, and then 8 months later he billed me for it! How cheap, tacky and fraudulent. Avoid this guy. Gave my daughter and I creepy vibes, in any case. Oh, and as for the doctoring, turns out he was entirely wrong.
