If you want a doctor that is direct and to the point, Dr Kaufmann is your guy. If you want a Dr that will hold your hand and be nice and pleasant, see someone else. As much as I appreciate his directness, I would have also appreciated a Doctor that did not make me feel like I was getting scolded for not wearing the right shoes and if there's pain, suck it up. In addition, his receptionist could take a lesson in friendliness
