I adjust the spine where indicated, then I look at local areas of concern, i.e. shoulder, knee, ankle, etc. Next, the soft tissue around the area is assessed. After treatment is given, then any stretches, strengthening or lifestyle modifications are looked at. Nutritional factors are also discussed! Life is a sport, play hard!!
