I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dubs - it is rare that a doctor sees you as a human being and is personable, kind, and caring.
I just called this office to make my very first appointment there with Dr. Dubs as my personal & local Dr. referred me with him. Brenda, the person who answered my phone call was obviously not wanting to be there today as she was pretty rude over the phone. I had a few questions, maybe three because she was rushing the process of booking the appointment, and she gets impatient, annoyed and exclaims -ugh! and then be rude when answering to me. I do not appreciate the bad customer service and I hope that my visit will be a ple... read more

Going into umbilical hernia surgery filled me with great anxiety, but Dr. Dubs immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explaining every detail about the procedure and its associated risks. Dr. Dubs’s passion for his work is evident in his manner; he truly loves what he does, which reassured me that I was in highly capable hands. My surgery required a vertical incision in the abdominal area, but I was concerned about the appearance of a vertical scar. I requested if it could be done... read more
