Dr. Douglas is wonderful! Takes the time with you to discuss concerns, how you are doing at present, future appointments and gives you his complete attention when addressing all issues.
He always takes the time to not only examine me thoroughly but also ask questions about matters that have slipped my mind. He makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
Dr Douglas is my primary care doctor I would recommend him to my family and friends. He takes time to listen to my concerns and explains with excellent advice.
Listens to you and discusses the issues and solutions and medicines prescribed to you.
Does his best to help with all problems
Very short wait time from start to finish. Asks questions and gives answers in a way that can be understood, very polite and professional. In my 66 years, Dr. Douglas is the best I have ever seen.
3 month checkup
I went in for my third follow up for a broken foot. This visit was not as quick as the previous ones due to an influx of sick kids with the flu. Dr Douglas was as pleasant and attentive as always. He expressed concerns for my foot, assured me it is getting better and he would provide guidance until it's completely healed. He shows genuine concern for the patient's overall well being.
Listens, is responsive and never seems rushed. Always exceeds my expectations.
