We have used Damian’s and Co for,several years now to process our taxes. They are very professional and thorough, especially Tracy Testen. She has helped us with our taxes as a retired couple with lots of questions. She is thoughtful, professional and always answers our questions in a very timely manner. Do NOT use this office!! Extremely unprofessional. My family has used them for years, however, this year the Damiano family and team have apparently decided to not process returns and take advantage of the natural disaster tax deadline extension in RI regardless of whether that impacts clients or not. After over a dozen emails and voicemails have went unanswered in the last 3 months it is safe to assume that they do not return calls/emails.
