The answering service that this office is atrocious... The operators are rude towards you when you call for help and spoke to me with disrespect. Funny how I was treated excellent when I carried blue cross insurance now that I'm on medicaid, for a brief period I've been treated like nothing but a problem. My anxiety made it so hard to call in the first place that I'm down to less than one vial of the medication I need to survive. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me... Don't worry sweetheart you'll get reported!
