I called before I took the medicine Dr. factor prescibed and he never called back. I started taking it but it had a bad side effect that made my health far worse. So I called him again. Of course he didn't call back. Then I requested to get a wheelchair and I needed his approval. Has he approved it? He nor the receptionist called me back. So it's been about a month now and ZERO RESPONSE! I now have an appointment with a jefferson hospital dr. , someone reputable unlike Dr FACTOR!
Dr. Factor is a fabulous doctor and person. He is very caring and listens to the patient! He has a unique sense of humor that I really appreciate! I highly recommend him!
