He spent the 1st appointment taking time to talk and review what needed to be done. Made me feel comfortable. The next appointment should have been the warning sign. He didn't even show for the pre op and we left without seeing him. The day of surgery he didn't even come by. After the surgery he stopped by for maybe 30 seconds and was out the door. The after care was very poor and we left prior to being discharged.
