On 10/08/13, I called and spoke with a receptionist from VisionWorks @ Parks Mall in Arlington, TX, about an eye exam. I was transferred to the eye exam department and they explained they have ‘open’ walk-ins until 5p. I asked if I came in would the doctor see me today and the answer was “yes”. Upon arrival I was informed the doctor was out to lunch and he would return in an hour. I was a bit puzzled bearing in mind they stated they have open walk-in’s until 5p.
