DR Crenshaw knew what he was doing!! He is the BEST!
Saw Dr. Crenshaw in March. He said surgery was on back burner for my bone on bone hip. He gave me pills. I asked about my limited range of motion and he said to wear slip on shoes. Maybe 15 minutes with him. In October I’m having a total hip replacement because my hip deteriorated quickly. I have a different orthopedist.
Steve and the JOI office staff are kind and competent. Dr. Crenshaw has performed 3 operations on me all resulting in successful recovery and return to a vigorous lifestyle.
Dr Crenshaw did a partial knee replacement for me. He did everything he could to postpone the surgery, as I was younger (relatively). The surgery was a breeze and I was back to "normal" within a few days of the surgery. Very pleased.
I had hip replacement and it could not have gone better. It was scheduled two days after Covid closed hospitals for elective procedures. Rescheduled immediately after hospitals re-opened and after my Covid test results were not available, JOI did a quick test to allow surgery. I met his staff and they are great. Dr crenshaw is wonderful. i would give him 10 stars if I could. he operated on my back 20 years ago and on my knee 18 years ago. Never had any problems with either. After my back surgeryI went home next day and went back to work 7 days later. I would recommend him to anyone! Wanda in Jacksonville
If I could give this guy negative stars . He is an absolute jerk !!!! I recently had surgery and this morning I called about an excruciating and unbearable pain that I am having in the arm I have surgery in . I have a different surgeon but Dr. Crenshaw was on call he accused me of lying about having surgery ! He was so rude and told me to ice and put my arm back in my sling . Absolutely no help ! If you read my chart my arm isn’t supposed to be out of my sling which is why I’m calling ! I’ve ha
I wanted to take the time to write an excellent review for Dr Crenshaw He came highly recommended from many people and I feel that he deserves nothing less than a 5 Star - The wait time in the office was less than 10 minutes. The ease of getting an appointment was excellent. He is one of the BEST physicians and I am Blessed to have found him.
The office wait time is the only drawback to Dr. Crenshaw. I have been pleased with his treatment plan because he attempts to first resolve issues without surgery.
