I had broke my nose twice. Once when I was 16 and when I was 24. It's been increasingly difficult over the years to breathe out of my nose. I had a severely deviated septum. My sinuses have been blocked causing me to get bad earaches and sinus infections. I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I put it off for 20 years and wish I would have done it sooner. Although the doctor is very nice but he doesn’t care about his patients I had hard time breathing so I decided to visit the Dr.Quattlebaum. He said that I have deviated septum and I need a Septoplasty. He performed the surgery in August 2024. Unfortunately my condition got worse now I can’t breathe through my nose at all When I told him, he didn’t do anything. Nothing at all which shows that he didn’t care This makes me so upset and I have to live with it for rest of my life.
He is an amazing doc! You can tell how much he cares about his patients and their wellbeing. He listens to your concerns and helps you understand everything. I just had a septoplasty done. The entire team that took care of me did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him for anyone needing an ENT doctor.
I had to wait several months just to get an appointment. Went to my appointment just to see if there were any underlying issues with my sleep apnea and spoke about the Inspire implant. My time in the office was 10 min and was provided zero helpful information that I didn't already know. To my surprise I get a bill for 208 dollars for a useless 10 min conversation. I won't be back, when I decide on the Inspire imant it will not be with this organization. I can't believe a consultation costs this much. Disheartening
