This has be the worst doctors office I ever been to the receptionist are both incompetent and very unprofessional never return your calls waiting on a approval from my insurance since Oct !!!!!! ! no communication no call back left several message no response back , they just don’t care so now I have find another doctor !
This doctors is caring and elaborates well. However, one of his receptionist needs work on her communication skills. We wanted to speak to the doctor and ask a question regarding travel and surgery. She took it upon herself to answer this question instead of stepping out and addressing the doctor. When she asked where we were going she automatically assumed and stated "so when's the trip to Mexcio?" After seeing we are of Hispanic decent. Unprofessional.
Extremely rude woman that answers the phone. The way the front office staff act says a lot about the office altogether. That woman should be fired for her unprofessionalism. Wow! Just get referred somewhere else
