The office staff are very friendly and courteous. I never have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Poletti takes his time to talk to you about your concerns. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have him and his team take care of the very complex situation with my spinal issues.
Video call with Dr Poletti was both convenient and informative. I like being able to have a conversation from home.
My first time at the Spine Institute. Upon entering the waiting room was full. I thought this will not be good. But it was outstanding. The caring professionalism of the PA’s and Doctors was refreshing to experience. We absolutely were thrilled how Dr. Poletti treated us and explained, in detail, the MRI findings. Highly recommend this outstanding institution even if you have to drive a distance to get there.
