So far, so good! I had surgery on my knee for a meniscus issue this morning and the entire team at Dr. Gross’ surgery center were outstanding human beings and professionals. So much kindness! The icing is let me choose the music for the operating room! I’ll update this if needed based on my follow up care but so far I’m really pleased and impressed.
The hospital was excellent, and they offered a live interpreter for sign language. Dr. Steven Cross is an outstanding surgeon!
I was very pleased with Dr Gross’s knowledge and plan of care. He answered all my questions and assured me that we were doing the best possible option for my broken clavicle. Patient and knowledgable
