An excellent surgeon and just a really nice guy. I went.to him because of ankle pain after hardware installed by an orthopedic surgeon in Crest City. Turns out when he found a hole in my ankle when the metal was exposed! No wonder the wound would never heal. We tried a month or more to get the skin to grow back over the metal. Using grafts. He had recommended removal of hardware which I eventually agree to. Wonderful experience out at Gold Beach hospital. Everyone was so kind. Had some ingrown toenails, Dr. Brantingham said he could remove them for me. I asked if Medicare would cover it and he said yes. So I had the procedure done and 4 months later got a bill for $850 that Medicare did NOT approve. If Dr had simply said he didn't know, I would have investigated further and known it wouldn't be covered, saving me a rather rude awakening. Buyer beware...
