The whole atmosphere was perfect. The people were kind from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out the door. De Binette puts you at ease as he walks in the room. The best bedside manner
I have found the doctor and whole team to be completely accommodating and wonderful.
Despite my initial expectations, I was extremely disappointed to witness a complete lack of consideration for a patient scheduled for a surgical procedure with him. The Duly Naperville gynecology team’s blatant unprofessionalism and poor training inevitably reflect on the doctor as well; had he truly cared about the case, he would have taken responsibility and addressed the staff’s unacceptable behavior.
