Not what I expected regarding a beneficial conversation with the office. I wanted to know what transpired with my relative and the office but was told I needed too provide a proxy which I did. then was told when I wanted clarification of issues I was informed that there was rude and unacceptable behavior from him. We've been seeing Dr. Balsamo for over 20 yrs. He's taken very good care of us & has always been very thorough when we have a problem. Hes a smart clinician and we feel lucky to have found him!
If I could give a zero rating I would. My mother came to him and without even seeing her (virtual appointment) prescribed her antibiotics. When the condition didn’t clear, still without seeing her, prescribed her more antibiotics. My mothers condition deteriorated and she was admitted into the hospital in early August. Due to Dr. Balsamo’s negligence, my mother passed away early September. If he had seen her about her “bronchitis” he would’ve known her true ailment was lung cancer.
