I changed to this dr. After a bad mesh implant at Albany Med. I remained with them for 12 years. I complained of a backache. They sent me to every Dr.you can imagine. But because Steven Balsamo thought i was drug seeking my pain was overlooked. I never got the care i needed. It turned into never being able to work again. Other than pediatrics I’ve been using the same place my entire life. Very pleased with the service I had this past week. Got bit by a tick and was able to get an appointment right away. My prior meds had expired and I was able to get an appointment right away. Thanks Dr avachuko! for getting me in so fast.

Not what I expected regarding a beneficial conversation with the office. I wanted to know what transpired with my relative and the office but was told I needed too provide a proxy which I did. then was told when I wanted clarification of issues I was informed that there was rude and unacceptable behavior from him. I had spoken to the staff member that three time in 3 weeks and was very respectful.
