The receptionist at front desk was very rude and had a bad attitude. Not someone that should be handling stressful situations.
Dr. Baker had performed two surgeries on our beagle over the last couple months. Dr. Baker communicates well and is a great surgeon!
Our puppy had a catastrophic accident and the staff at the facility were extremely kind to us during this difficult time for us. They kept our sweet pup as comfortable as possible to the very end. They did everything they could for her, and gave us every option they could. We were given options to be with her or not. How to take her home for burial or cremation and they gave us prints to remember her by. I’ll always be grateful for how they handled our situation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If your furry baby needs medical attention asap I highly recommend seeing someone else, my dog was not treated I ended up having to patch him myself. Staff was rude and not understanding :(
