Terrible. He hardly looked at me, prescribed the usual aspirin, treadmill test and statin and off I went. The statin put me in bed for 4 days with severe muscle pain which apparently is a common side effect. When I voiced concern about taking aspirin since I have kidney disease he blew me off. My PCP immediately took me off the statin an put me on another med which did the same job.
Dr. Weinsier besides being an excellent doctor, he is personable, and easy to talk to. His office runs smoothly. I have never had a long wait, nor have I ever felt rushed
This was an unplanned visit for a critical reading of my pacemaker and consultation following a coronary episode. The receptionist Aubrie was wonderfully responsive, found an opening for me with Dr. Weisnier and scheduled a reading with Rose, the nurse technician. Dr. Weinsier did a vein ablation and subsequent vein stripping. It helped immensely. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. His staff was great as well.
He was very relaxed, friendly and explained everything very well. He's also a good listener, seems genuinely concerned and interested in how you feel, have been feeling.
Very friendly and knows his stuff.
