I would love to continue my dental work with this office.Although I find they are charging me for the same procedure that my insurance will paid for.The code that my insurance will paid was not submitted. This why we have insurance.I realized the insurance paid out will be alot,but ifthey don't like it stop accepting the insurance..
I've been seeing Dr. Oken for years now and I believe he saved my teeth. I had very bad gum disease. He cares for his patients and, if you need surgery, he always follows up with you to see that you're doing well. His office staff and technicians are always pleasant and professional.
Amazeballs. They focus on the health of their patients, not on sucking your insurance dry. I highly recommend them, also there is ample parking for convenience.
Dr. Oken explains any treatment required and describes the details of the procedure. He is conservative in his treatment. He always recommends what is best for the health and well-being of the patient.
Poor customer service. Charged a 50 dollar rescheduling fee. The receptionist did not make an attempt to work with the patient.
Dr. Oken is a competent professional. His manner is calming and assuring. He explains everything he is going to do in great detail. I would recommend him highly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Oken for almost 20 years and credit his care for my still having teeth. I have had two or three implants, numerous scrapings, three or four operations, and a couple of emergency visits during this time. Each time, I was able to reach Dr. Oken immediately and he performed the necessary work to remedy each situation with a gentle touch. Gum disease is a difficult disease, but I feel fortunate to have a doctor who is caring and devoted to his profession.
