Dr. Harter has been my Doctor for almost 21 years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and his staff and practice has changed over the years but one thing remains the same his excellent care.
I'm 74 and after all these years of Doctors, MAs, PAs and NPs, This Doctor really cares about you. He is very nice and listens to you and explains things to you, so you know what to expect. He told me what steps I would have to take before surgery. He made me feel like everything will be okay and I truly trust him. Thank you Dr. Harter.
