He forgot what the sex of my baby was. He pushed to have an induction date, rather than natural. Made me wait 3 hours of pushing, finally had to yell at the nurse to send my doctor. He had to assist with delivery. Only took 2 minutes to deliver, after he finally showed up to do his job. My childs face was extremely swollen from pushing for 3 hours. Was totally unnecessary, if the doctor showed up when he was supposed to. He over schedules himself, expect very long wait times, or to see the nurse practitioner, instead. Greed.... read more

Dr. Harter has been my Doctor for almost 21 years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and his staff and practice has changed over the years but one thing remains the same his excellent care.
I'm 74 and after all these years of Doctors, MAs, PAs and NPs, This Doctor really cares about you. He is very nice and listens to you and explains things to you, so you know what to expect. He told me what steps I would have to take before surgery. He made me feel like everything will be okay and I truly trust him. Thank you Dr. Harter.
