BEWARE, DO NOT RENT HERE! It is bad and only getting worse. Management (Sue) does not care about residents. Building is falling apart and they refuse to fix it. I told them my ceiling was leaking for 8 months and I was ignored. Finally they come to fix it (the day before an inspection) and I get a vague letter about tenants being responsible for fees for excess damage for not reporting issues in a timely manner, luckily I have all the text messages I sent about the issue. The entry way and our appartment is Moldy and it Stinks. The carpets are filthy, tacky. The cabinets are falling apart they are the original ones from the 1960's. Complaints to the Manager falls on deaf ears. We are calling the city if that doesn't have a positive result we are out of the dump!
