Great bedside manner
I assumed that Dr. Smith was experienced, so therefore emotionally and mentally well. I’m not so sure that is the case. When I went back to ask questions regarding why my operated leg (total hip replacement surgery) resulted in over a 1” discrepancy, way more than I was ever warned of, the first thing Dr. Smith derogatorily asked was, “so, do you want narcotics, is that it?” I explained that I wanted to know what happened and, mostly, what to do about it. “You hate me!” he exclaimed. Thank you Dr. Smith, Tory and entire office employees for helping me through my left knee replacement and helped me again walk with no discomfort. I sometimes forget all about it. Hopefully my right knee will hold out for awhile but if not, I’ll be talking with you. My overall experience with your office was fantastic. Thanks again John Thompson
