Prior to making an appointment the staff told me that they accepted my insurance. When I went they charged me my deductible. I then got a bill for the full amount in the mail. The office manager, Karen Rocchi, was rude and then forwarded me to collections. That was also illegal as it was less than a year. Avoid this business at all costs as this manager is unfair and immoral for telling people they accept their insurance only to charge you the full amount.

I was not a regular patient. But I developed unusual pain in my right eye Friday morning and was concerned. I called and Dr Rocchi was able to see me right away. Very professional, friendly visit and eased my concerns. I’m going to be a regular from now on.

Great office very neat and clean, the receptionist was kind and patient the optometrist was very professional and explained everything well.

Just Wow! There are nice people still out there! The whole staff made me feel comfortable and like family. Everyone had smiles. It was the best, and didn't take long at all
