Called at 8:30. Dr Jacobs answered phone, very nice. I asked to schedule an appt as a new patient. He told me i would get a call back in 5 minutes. Waited an hour and a half. Called back. Receptionist was RUDE and full of attitude. Know what… said NO THANKS. Called another local physcians office, super friendly staff. Appt scheduled.
I would give this a zero if it was an option . First I scheduled my appointment late morning I never schedule early mornings, I get there and say I’m there for an appointment and the secretary there tells me it was at 8 in the morning … I’m still at work by that time in the morning she proceeds to tell me I told her 8 last time I check I don’t tell you the time of the appointment I get offered times to choose from but I tell her no it was at 11 with an attitude she tells me I would have never told you that … walks away from ... read more
