We cannot recommend the Cohen clinic enough we have done PCIT with both of our children and it has worked wonders for them.
We are seeking help with a child we have custody of. I left a message after hours, and they called back first thing in the morning. They don’t take his insurance, but have funding to pay for services until we can hopefully get our little guy switched to our insurance. They’ve been excellent so far.
Tried to restart therapy with them, did the intake appt, went back twice to the therapist there I had seen previously and on my way out after the 2nd appt she told me to call again if I needed them… threw me for a loop bc the whole point I came back and did intake again is bc I NEEDED them. Now I’m waiting for Christopher Hunt to call me back and it’s looking like that’s not going to happen. Pretty crappy experience. Didn’t record anything besides first visit, and didn’t care if something was going on. Just called me to see if I still was going and therapist couldn’t even remember what they said. Then more broken promises.
