I had previously left a bad review for this place bc I was in a terrible headspace and felt let down by a lot of people (previous therapists and VA patient advocates and other VA staff that were supposed to help me) in a short amount of time and was just super frustrated. I should have just reached out and asked what my options were but at that time I wasn’t able to rationalize. So I wrote a negative review instead. Amazing. They gave me some of my life back. The process wasn’t what I thought it would be and I am glad. I was challenged. I was encouraged. I was heard and I felt seen. I love this place. My kids get therapy here too and they love it. This place is perfect for your family. Anyone who says otherwise didn’t do the work. I promise. Give them visit. Let them help you. Do the work.
We cannot recommend the Cohen clinic enough we have done PCIT with both of our children and it has worked wonders for them.
