I went to this practice for an appointment, and I was NOT informed in advance that they didn’t take my insurance. They checked me in, took a copay, and then several weeks later, I got a bill for almost $400. This place is not honest. They should have alerted me in advance that they didn’t take my insurance. I obviously would have gone to a different practice for the referral had I know. Be careful when you come here, and make sure they actually take your insurance, or you will paying out of pocket.
Very good listener. He took the time to hear our concerns and followed up with good information and suggestions. He didn’t rush us out. Was patient and knowledgeable.
