The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Yu was professional and took the time to clearly explain all of my options while answering every question I had. I truly feel like I’m in good hands.
Dr. Steven Yu was incredibly professional, kind, genuine, and informative. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit, which is always uncomfortable and nerve-wracking for any woman. I appreciated his step-by-step approach to my annual checkup. Seeing a new OBGYN can be intimidating because you never know if you’ll find a physician who understands your concerns and is a good match. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and nice as well. I have most definitely found my preferred MD!
Dr. Yu took his time to understand my situation and answer my questions. I appreciate him explaining in detail my diagnosis and treatment plan. Great experience. I look forward to working with him and his office again.
Dr. Yu has incredible bedside manner. I’ve had my fair share of meeting different medical professionals and he’s just about at the top in terms of professionalism, and empathetic which is rare.
