Dr.Yu and his staff are amazing! The office is an hour away from where I live but the drive was definitely worth it ! Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Dr.Yu took his time to explain my diagnosis and made sure I understood everything. I am so happy I found this office .
Good doctor, bad billing. The front desk staff was quick and efficient. I mentioned that I don’t have a copay for this exam, but the front desk staff insisted. So I paid $30.00 even though my insurance covers preventive care. The well woman exam was fine. The doctor was quick, he did not ask many questions. A total of 20 minutes. After the exam it took 40 minutes on the phone with the insurance company for me to find out two things: 1. The insurance covers the well woman exam, no copay should be issued and 2. He explained everything clearly. He made sure to give me the opportunity to to ask questions and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. The front office staff were pleasant and efficient.
Dr. Yu sat down with me and listened to everything I was experiencing. He found 2 undiagnosed issues after years of many doctors and tests and I finally had the answers. So beyond grateful.
