I live in Asheville (which has an Audi dealership), but I chose to buy my new Q8 from Steve White Audi after experiencing a wonderful, informative, and low pressure sales department. The delivery process was excellent. We love the car and choose to bring it back to Greenville for routine service because the service department is so pleasant and knowledgable. I purchased a certified Pre owned 2023 VW Atlas, the sales team was extremely friendly and determined to find a vehicle for me that was in my budget but also had all the features I was looking for! Finance team was very knowledgeable and had experience working with my credit union which made the process that much smoother. They were able to work in a service plan and ceramic coat into monthly payments for the vehicle with very little difference in price. Great Team for the year 2024!
I bought years of prepaid maintenance on a vehicle I only owned 3 months. I requested a refund for the specific services I prepaid and was told no. I contacted the VP Brian and he was condescending. I only want what is fair.

I apologize there was a misunderstanding about this. The prepaid maintenance you purchased through VW of America is attached to the vehicle and will be redeemed by the current owner. Very similar to the warranty that comes with the vehicle. It cannot be cancelled unless the vehicle is totaled.
I am unhappy about the amount I was charged for windshield wipers on invoice 413480. I was charged an absurd amount of $159.95 plus labor. Thursday 1/18/24 **** ********
