After purchasing a used car from Steve White VW, I encountered some problems shortly thereafter. I hastily published a negative review, but VP Brian reached out to me and we were able to discuss the problems. Big regret! I purchased a used car (Cadillac Escalade ) from the Steve White VW car lot. I did not take the car to the service shop to have the car looked over. The salesperson did state I had the option to do so. The car looks great and run well that day. I purchased it on a Friday, (3/24/2023), and on Saturday (3/25/2023)I discovered several things wrong with the car, navigation did not work, can not remove the CD from the player, the back defroster did not work and noise came from the engine.
