DO NOT BUY FROM HERE....NOT TRUSTWORTHY..please read....I am a disabled Iraq and Afghanistan veteran. This dealership totally screwed me and won't stand behind their vehicles. I bought a used truck from them before I got home the door locks stopped working. Within a couple weeks it started to run very badly. Worst dealership ever. I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler from these people and I drove it home and saw that there was a hole in the soft top. I emailed them all info from pics of hole, mileage and vin everything they requested in less then 24 hours after I bought it and was told I would be taken care of. Well that was a lie it took me 2 emails everytime to just get one they never kept me up to date on the process unless I was bugging them. Sold impeccable car, assured new inspection for our 16 year old son. Less than 2,000 miles, breaks fail. There response- we don't know how it's been driven since you bought it. Our straight A student drives 4 miles down the road to work and to school and back, that's it. They put both of our children in a death trap, with no offer to resolve.
Mike Taylor gave me the best experience that I have had buying a car. No pressure, simple choices, came in on his day off to help me finish the purchase and when I forgot paperwork that was needed, he offered to deliver the car to me the next day, so I wouldn't have to travel to Hickory again.
