I just recently moved to the area, found this incredible insurance agency. Viviana and Steve from State Farm are a great support and knowledgeable when it comes to insurance, they have helped me out tremendously when it comes insurance. One of their insured knocked me into 9th St when I was traveling north west on Charles St and they attempted to turn north on 9th St on September 19th 2024. I had a rental covered by them from about a week after the accident until November 6th and was able to keep working. The parts required to repair my car are in back order and my car won't be ready until sometime in December. Originally they said maximum 10 weeks.
