Years ago, ST Roofing replaced my roof. I was happy with them and for about 6 weeks now have been trying to get an estimate for some new work I need. Despite my repeated calls, emails, messages, I have not gotten this estimate. I have been promised it will be emailed, mailed or dropped off at my house. None of these have happened. Very disappointed there is NO desire to retain a former customer. I will have to find another company to hire. I give up on Steve.
