In fairness, I wanted to provide my own review from the patient perspective to that of a previous negative review from a family member. I elected the all-on-four procedure to replace my upper teeth that were broken or had damaged crowns. Dental cleanings and fillings here have been a good experience. But I'd be cautious in regards to their in-house root canals. I've had 2 done here and they both failed. Upon consulting with a root canal specialists and receiving imaging, they failed because there are still roots there! I was shocked as I paid thousands for these treatments and expect them to be done properly. So make sure you go elsewhere for a root canal.

**** Update: upon retrieving my treatment records from Gentle Dental, it has been discovered that the company and its employees conspired to commit fraud against the VA by performing an unauthorized and unnecessary dental procedure in which they caused nerve damage. I tried to work this out with the office and at first they were cooperative performing additional procedures to fix the damage.
