RecommendedGood honest old school mechanic
Our 11 year old van was dying a slow painful death... they helped us, with minimal necessary maintenance, keep it on the road for 8 months until we were able to get a down payment together to replace it. Bonus we can walk there from Fairfax :)
These guys know their business. They've always taken good care of our vehicles. They are also honest. One time I made the mistake of disclosing that my wife and I were considering purchasing another VW. Steve offered me the use of his 38 to blow my brains out instead of suffering through the long agony of dealing with a foreign manufacturer's electronics. We bought the car and it's been great, but I appreciate his homegrown point of view. Lifelong customer.
Steve and his techs have been working on my vehicles since before I could drive! He used to work on my ATVs as a kid and now my bigger toys as an adult. I usually don't feel comfortable recommending service providers, but Steve has always done the right thing for me. I have recommended Steve to all my closest friends and family!
