Stopped in 4:45,told to bring trailer back in at 8:45 the next morning, for assessment, booking out 2 weeks,was expecting refusal.looked at,had fixed within an hour,our saviors, great customer service, knowledgeable and laid back style, wouldn't except tip,my faith in people restored, thank you.
Had a roof leak in our imagine 22MLE. Angus inspected the roof and found the issue and recommended a complete roof replacement. Charlene scheduled us in so we would have the trailer back before our next camping trip and she worked with our insurance company to provide documents. Received a call a few weeks later and went to pick up trailer. Roof looks better than it did when it was new and they also replaced a ceiling panel inside the trailer where there was minor water damage showing, Cannot say enough good things about the... read more
We had an issue with our awning motor. The staff were fantastic at finding the part and giving guidance on how to do the repair. Great family run business that are knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.
