Professional custom home builder, built our 6000 sq ft home on time, and with great subs! Thanks to Steve, we have our dream home. Has the best sub contractors ever! Worked with our architect and plans, let us know when upcoming design decisions needed to made so we had time to incorporate. Have us alternatives as needed. Love his work and love the results. Very disappointed in work. Paid $179,000 for add on room and shed. Looks good but materials are shoddy. He used hollow core doors for exterior doors. The gutters he installed don't catch the rainwater from the roof. The wood paneling inside room bows. Even the doorknob falls apart. Wanted him to fix several mistakes, but was told he didn't want to come back out. At first he didn't even put plywood behind the wood paneling. For $179k expected much better work. It also took almost 10 months to complete the job. Very disappoint... read more
