I've taken my car here once and they replaced the cabin filter and even showed me what the old one looked like. I had other repairs done here and they are honest folks. Getting ready to take car back in for routine maintenance. I have made these folks "my car shop".
I broke down while driving through Charleston, WV. I called AAA Road Service. They recommend this shop for my repairs. Tow arrive quickly and I was at the repair shop by 3:35pm. Vehicle was diagnosed in the parking lot and parts were ordered. Broken serpentine belt and bad pulley tensioner. The mechanic stayed late to fix so I could get back on the road to Michigan. Nice friendly staff.
Simply Outstanding and Not to be funny but this place should be called Johnny's! You can tell this guy enjoys his work. He is a true professional who takes customer service to the next level. The entire team is top notch and i highly reccomend them.

Needed brakes. Went to Steve and Stacy's. It's so easy to get to! The service? EXCEPTIONAL! Not only were the brakes done correctly, within budget and quickly, the people were professional, the mechanic explained everything and the atmosphere left me feeling like I had made the best choice! My Mom and Dad came all the way from the top of the state to have their car taken care of and always found it well worth the drive!

I've done business with this shop for many years. They have always been honest, competent, fair minded and well trained. I like their policy of keeping me informed. I've never been shocked or surprised at my bill. They do what is required, they do it well and for a fair price.
