I'm giving them a 3, not due to a horrible roofing job. We had new shingles, gutters and soffit done. That all looks great. It took a bit of time to get it all done due to weather. My reasoning behind a score of 3 is, there were lots of smalls imperfections that needed to be addressed during the project. Attention to detail and making everything dress right dress the first time would be nice.
