Unprofessional, rude, horrible work! I had work done by Steve Sr. in the past and he was reliable and professional however once his sons came on board, their customer service and work has taken a turn for the worst. I heard from a lot of people that they were very rude and messed up some work. I always want to give the little guy a chance, after all, small businesses are what make our community thrive. Had an appointment scheduled between 9 and 12. Got a call at 12:15 saying they would be here by 12:30. When I brought up my "appointment" time, they got lippy with me. Thank you to Spradley for incurring the charge but I wouldn't use Steve and sons again. From what I can tell, they did a good job. Just don't tell me you'll be here at a certain time and then not even call till after that time.
These guys hooked to it!! Not only were they very nice, they did wonderful work to my car to get me back on the road!!
