A shoutout to Mr. Gary Sutton. He was so knowledgeable, polite, punctual, respectful and very responsive. We utilized his service to inspect a house that was newly built by a popular builder. Gary took time to evaluate the house thoroughly. He identified several issues with the new construction and provided a detailed explanation and potential remediation of the issues. Very disappointed in my experience with Steve. He seemed like a professional when he did my home inspection and everything seemed to be in order. However, when I moved into my new home I discovered that the spring assembly in the garage was busted, something that Steve should have caught in his report. Now I am going to have to pay $1k plus for something that could have been addressed before I closed on the property. I would have been okay if Steve owned up to his mistake or if he at least explained why this was not caught. ... read more
