Walt with Steve Smallman Property Inspections was outstanding from start to finish. A shoutout to Mr. Gary Sutton. He was so knowledgeable, polite, punctual, respectful and very responsive. We utilized his service to inspect a house that was newly built by a popular builder. Gary took time to evaluate the house thoroughly. He identified several issues with the new construction and provided a detailed explanation and potential remediation of the issues. I highly recommend this business. Thank you very much.
