i recieved a flyer in the mail and came in to Steve Sipes office wow as soon as i walked in he greeted me and asked if i needed assistance. Sylvia Villasenor helped me she explained all my options and made me feel rght at home honestly the whole staff was polite offered me somethibg to drink. Wow i left knowing that if im in need Steve and his staff are gunna be there for me. Yes i did become a State Farm member thanks to Sylvia and her unbelieveable customer service wow she was awesome thanks again.
I was recommended this State Farm office by the dealership where I purchased my car and I am so thankful for it. Ever since day one they were so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond trying to find all the discounts they could apply to lower your monthly payments.
