Very unreliable performance and extremely poor communication. Caused considerable stress and extra work. Fully fails to take accountability. Does not respond to follow up questions, lacks ability to manage data and files and then claims they were not submitted. Will not respond to inquiries on timeline updates and confirmation requests on if ANYTHING else is needed but then be quick to put the blame on everyone and anything else, except for his poor performance. Do not trust his statements.
