Steve helped my wife and I to find the right home, working within our modest budget and unusual needs. And then he negotiated for 8% discount off asking and stuck with us when our preapproval fell through and we switched to a cash deal after a small delay.
Working with Steve was great, he was able to sell my house in an hour and a half above the asking price. I took his advise on updating the kitchen and bathroom to help sell the house.
