This guy is a con man! Do not hire him. We had a signed contract for him to fix my deck. All I wanted was some rotted boards replaced and new paint. He asked for half the money up front which was 750. He power washed my deck, took my stairs off and damaged them, damaged the side of the deck and trashed my back yard.
