Steve and his team are terrific! He helped us buy a new home and sell our previous one. He helped us negotiate a great deal on the one we bought and sold our home for 7% over the listing price. Steve was an excellent help while both buying my home and then later selling it 5 years later. He had my back throughout the process as a first-time home-buyer and was patient with me as I was learning how the process went. If I were still in Minnesota, I'd definitely go to him again.
