If you are looking for a professional, honest, realtor who knows how to market property, you won't go wrong with Steve Scammell. We engaged Steve to sell our Lake Coeur d'Alene cabin. He helped us to price it correctly, hired a professional photographer to highlight the property on the internet and worked closely with us every step of the way. While the average days on the market for properties in our subdivision is over 200, we sold our place three days after it hit the MLS. We couldn't be more satisfied.
