Steve the owner is a walking NEC code book and encyclopedia Britannica. Great bunch of guys to work with.
Work was fine and the electrician knowledgable - billing came almost 3 months after service. I was charged for an apprentice and was NEVER told that there would be additional charges for that person. Over 1/4 of my bill was for the apprentice. Again never told of this expense. The company tried to explain to me that this is their practice to send out 2 people. Again...never informed of that. Not because of the quality of the work but by their terrible business practice and billing...1) not being timely in billing 2) not info... read more
