Bruce from Steve’s plumbing responded to a large water leak detected by the water company. He was friendly and knowledgeable! He determined the leak has stopped and together we determined it was a toilet leak that I had fixed a few weeks preciously. He said he could not charge me because he didn’t actually fix anything! I was so grateful as a previous plumber charges a $200 call out fee. I’m so glad I called Steve’s plumbing!! Mahalo nui loa Bruce!!

Nathan arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He made a thorough assessment of the situation, before asking permission to do a small cut into the drywall, underneath our bathroom basin. He also replaced the wax ring for the toilet. He did everything in a timely manner, with a humble and friendly demeanor; and also a great listener and communicator. Everything was clean and orderly after he left. Nathan was very professional and made a repair replacing PRV and shut off valve, as well as a shut off valve in one of the bathrooms. Everything turned out great! Definately would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done.
